Waking from the nightmare, Lamont realizes he experienced a premonition when he and Margot are forced at gunpoint to a secluded mansion. Meeting Blacky face to face, Lamont starts to relive the same scenes experienced in his nightmare. Commissioner Weston is also brought to the mansion against his will and shot in the leg for attempting to resist Blacky. The notorious criminal reveals how he plans to set the entire house afire, having soaked tons of cotton with gasoline.
