Synopsis:

Three airliners disappear over South America and, having persuaded the airlines to allow a fourth flight, The Shadow and Margot are the sole passengers. A radio beam forces their plane to land and there they discover the man responsible: Dr. Anton Freeman, a scientist who has developed a serum produced from the jungles that turns his young victims into old people. Short in stature himself, Freeman centers his efforts in a laboratory cave using a method similar to that of natives who shrink the bodies of the dead. The Shadow tricks the egotistical doctor into taking another experimental serum that will make him grow larger, and Freeman soon discovers the hard way that the larger the brain, the less intelligence it contains. Seeking revenge, Freeman throws a switch to detonate half a ton of dynamite. Margot saves The Shadow by encouraging the old people to attack the giant. The pilot, Margot and The Shadow fly away before an explosion eliminates all evidence of their horrific adventure.
