Synopsis:

Monk Harvey, a notorious criminal whose trademark is wearing everything green, finds himself betrayed by his girl, Grace, and faces death when police surround his hideout which is accidentally set ablaze. After his charred body is identified and sent to the morgue, Grace and Margot are shocked to witness his ghost glowing green in the dark. The ghost exacts revenge against Grace, then Monk’s known rival, Turk Tully. Margot, having witnessed Grace’s death, is the next intended victim. In the dark room, while Commissioner Weston stands next to Margot, the ghost of Monk Harvey reappears. The Shadow appears and knocks the gun out of the hand of the green ghost and Weston and Margot are shocked to see that Monk is alive and well. The charred body thought to be Harvey’s was that of another. The killer wore a bulletproof vest and a rubber suit covered with phosphorescent paint to play the role of the ghost that glowed in the dark.
