Synopsis:

Driving past Bretwood Cemetery, Lamont and Margot pick up a young girl in her early twenties dressed in white. When they get to the girl’s house, they discover their driving companion has vanished and read a newspaper report of her burial earlier that afternoon. Not believing in ghosts, they visit the mausoleum to verify her death. They find a “doctor” with forged credentials, stabbed to death. An Oriental man named Mr. Wan is smuggling packets of narcotics in music boxes. Having discovered the truth, the girl’s father attempted to blackmail Wan. To accomplish his task, he murdered the doctor who suspected the smuggling and, later, his daughter — who was buried alive because the fake doctor erred in assuming she was dead. The daughter snuck away so she could alert her father to the scheme and the doctor’s attempt to poison her but she became victim to the very person she tried to protect.
