Synopsis:

Lamont and Margot overhear a shortwave radio signal giving away vital information that could lead a group of revolutionary airplanes to drop bombs controlled from a mother ship. The sleuths track the origin of the broadcast and the identities of the international spies. After foiling the shortwave message, The Shadow races to a landing field to prevent a number of planes from being sabotaged. The Shadow pleads with the lieutenant responsible for piloting the planes to shoot down the enemy aircraft. Believing The Shadow’s story, he manages to shoot two of the three planes. A desperate act by the lieutenant forces one of the spies to land the plane or be killed. The Shadow makes arrangements for the Coast Guard to pick up the boat ten miles off the coast with nearly all of the spies on board. Margot is kidnapped by the remaining spies, Borla and Joe, and The Shadow sets out to save her. The police arrive and shoot Borla dead.
