Synopsis:

Rizzo and Ryan double-cross Art Morris in what Commissioner Weston refers to as a run-of-themill gang killing. After shooting Morris into an open grave and burying him, they discover to their horror that the dead can come back from the grave. Covered with soil, Morris surprises Rizzo and Ryan by killing them — even after they pump more bullets into Morris’ chest. Lamont questions Blondie, the gun moll, to discover the facts behind the case. A phone call to the War Department confirms Lamont’s suspicions Morris wore a strong, very light and pliable plastic vest as protection. Blondie is kidnapped by Morris and taken to the cemetery to exact revenge against her but The Shadow confronts the killer with the truth and then knocks the man unconscious, leaving him for the police.
