Synopsis:

Margot and Lamont are on special assignment in Hawaii, investigating the mysterious waterfront warehouse of a Eurasian named Kali Chela who is suspected of being a saboteur. Lamont goes undercover as a nightclub singer in an effort to woo Chela’s daughter, Zola, and infiltrate the warehouse. When days pass and his efforts fail, Margot attempts to take matters into her own hands and falls into the hands of the espionage agents. She quickly discovers the secret: a clever machine has been designed so that small robots, cleverly buried in strategic spots on the island and in other locations, send out invisible rays that will paralyze every motor in every plane, ship and submarine within a thousand miles, enabling the spies to control any vital military spot in the world. To silence Margot, Kali Chela plans to feed her to his giant foot-long black Soldier Spider, which lives on the blood of animals and birds and will attack a human for survival. The Shadow appears in time to save Margot, while the spider escapes and goes for Kali Chela’s face. After it injects venom into Chela, The Shadow shoots the spider and Zola is taken into custody.
