Synopsis:

Investigating the drowning of Tom Regan, the trail leads Lamont, Margot and the dead man’s brother to Seaside Park and a concession called “The Tunnel of Terror.” There, a pretty, young ticket-taker named Vicki Vale faints at the sight of Tom’s nearly-identical brother. A few minutes later, while Lamont looks over the thrill ride of boats drifting through a labyrinth of canals featuring a series of undersea dioramic horrors, Margot and Jim revive the girl. The sleuths later take a ride through the tunnel and find the owner drowned in his own chamber of horrors. Vicki screams for help in the maze of black tunnels and waterways. Confronted by Leo, the park’s ex-strong man, The Shadow tricks the killer into giving him the net used to murder Tom. After wrapping Leo with the nets, The Shadow orders Jim to keep an eye on Vicki and the criminal while the sheriff arrives to take credit for capturing the criminal.
