Synopsis:

The day after the young, beautiful actress Netta Shaw was frightened by a strange man with dark, hypnotic eyes and appealed for Lamont for help, she is found dead in the park, mysteriously withered with age. Unable to account for the incredible change, Lamont decides to consult an expert on geriatrics, Professor Grelling. After questioning Grelling and his associate, Rama Shandu, Lamont suspects the men are attempting to prevent the aging process. His suspicions are confirmed when Margot returns to the laboratory and is taken against her will by Shandu as the next human guinea pig. Shandu assures Margot that his calculations have been corrected and what happened to Netta Shaw should not happen to her. The Shadow arrives in time to save Margot. But saying he was forced to go along with the scheme, Grelling pulls a gun on Shandu and orders him to leave Margot alone. After putting two shots into Shandu, Grelling, Margot and The Shadow observe the 106-year-old man wither and wrinkle, showing his true age. Grelling voluntarily accompanies Margot to police headquarters.
