Synopsis:
John Leonard’s Skyview Window Washing Company has suffered from three accidents in the past month. He’s losing clients and employees as a result. His competition, Tom Burns of the Triangle Corporation, claims he knows nothing about the deaths that Lamont and Margot suspect are murders. There were no deaths in the past three years and yet one company suffered three deaths in one month. Lamont goes undercover as a window washer named Frank Allen to lure the killer. His plan succeeds and The Shadow catches John Leonard himself examining his blackjack before making his way to the window. Questioning Leonard, The Shadow discovers he used his own schedules to verify who was working at which building so he could commit the murders. Tom Burns was paying him twenty-five thousand dollars for each crime. Burns wanted to bankrupt Skyview and run them out of business. As superintendent, Leonard was betraying his company for more immediate financial gain. The Shadow locks the killer in a room and alerts a passerby to phone the police.

According to Martin Grams Jr.'s book "THE SHADOW: The History and Mystery of the Radio Program, 1930-1954"
"Oddly, notes found in the Street & Smith archives state this episode was recorded but never broadcast. Yet, half of this episode is known to exist in recorded form."
